Wedding Management Services

A Wedding Manager/Coordinator’s role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. This includes the logistical planning and execution of the details, such as directing vendors and helpers during set-up, ensuring the timeline runs on schedule, dealing with an issues that arise accordingly, and guiding the wedding party and guests to where they need to be when they need to be. In order to provide our clients with the absolute best experience and service possible, we have included some elements of ‘wedding design’ or ‘wedding planning’ in our packages.

See below for more details on what is included in each package. All packages include access to our emergency kit for the duration of our time at your wedding.

Classic Carnation

(ceremony only)

$400

  • One planning meeting (1hr)

  • timeline review

  • attendance at wedding rehearsal

  • liaising with ceremony vendors (venue, officiant, photographer, videographer, florist)

  • light décor set-up and take-down at ceremony

  • coordination of wedding party and family members at ceremony & family photos at ceremony site

  • access to our wedding emergency kit

With the Classic Carnation package, we begin working together about a month before your wedding.

Precious Peony

(reception only)

$800

  • Two (1hr) planning meetings (or 2 hours total)

  • timeline review

  • liaising with reception vendors (venue, baker, caterer, DJ, emcee, etc.)

  • light décor set-up at reception

  • coordination of vendors during set-up

  • coordination of wedding party and family members at reception

  • coordination of timeline throughout reception

  • access to our wedding emergency kit

With the Precious Peony package, we begin working together about 4-6 weeks before your wedding.

Luxe Lily

(entire day)

$1200

  • 2 (2hr) planning meetings (or 4hrs total)

  • timeline review

  • attendance at wedding rehearsal

  • liaising with vendors (venue, officiant, florist, baker, photographer, videographer, DJ, emcee, etc.)

  • light décor set-up and take-down at ceremony

  • transfer of items/décor from ceremony to reception

  • light décor set-up at reception

  • coordination of vendors during set-up

  • coordination of wedding party and family members at ceremony, reception & family photos*

  • coordination of timeline of entire day

  • light take-down (welcome table, signage, special items, etc.)

  • return of linens to vendor

  • access to our wedding emergency kit

With the Luxe Lily package, we begin working together 2-3 months before your wedding.

*family photos coordination depends on timeline

Packages are customizable to suit your needs. Please see the Build Your Own Bouquet section for more information. An additional Wedding Manager can be added to your package for an additional cost.

The Precious Peony, Luxe Lily, Royal Rose, and Opulent Orchid packages require me to be present all or most of your wedding day, therefore I will require a meal and kindly ask that you seat me at the same table at your reception as your photographer.


Wedding Planning Services

A Wedding Planner’s role is to plan the entire wedding with you, including vision/concept development, budget management, vendor research and communication, and more. We offer two planning packages - partial and full. With partial planning, couples want/need support with a few elements. With full planning, your Wedding Planner becomes your ‘temporary best friend’ from start to finish of your wedding planning. Our planning packages are outlined below. Both planning packages include management of your wedding day and access to our emergency kit.

Royal Rose

(partial planning)

starting at $2000

  • Everything included in Luxe Lily PLUS:

  • Two additional 2-hour planning meetings

  • Choose five from Build Your Own Bouquet

With the Royal Rose package, we begin working together about 6 months before your wedding.

Opulent Orchid

(full planning)

starting at $5000

  • Everything included in Luxe Lily PLUS:

  • Four additional 2-hour planning meetings

  • Any/All from Build Your Own Bouquet

With the Opulent Orchid package, we begin working together about 1 year before your wedding.

Most of the time, the Bride, Groom, and one or two select loved ones do the wedding planning for the Couple. As you may know or can guess, planning and coordinating a wedding is a LOT of work! Sometimes, you just need (or want) some help! Our packages are a blend of coordination and planning, and with our add-on services, you can tailor-make your wedding package to be exactly what you need/want!

1hr Consultation Sessions

$50/hour

Hourly consultation sessions are designed to add additional time to your package, if you feel you need more planning meetings than your package includes.

Or, if you just want to discuss or review any aspect of your wedding without purchasing a package, hourly sessions are the way to go. We are happy to assist you with planning your wedding in any way you need.
